How does Veeqo's pricing work?

Our shipping features are free to use for everyone. We make a small commission on labels purchased through Veeqo, so we can offer our shipping software to sellers free of charge.

If you want to use our advanced features, such as inventory management, listings, and digital picking, our Inventory and High Volume plans are priced based on usage to keep them accessible for every business. How much you pay each month is determined by your order volume.

All our plans include unlimited users, warehouse locations, and products/SKUs.

Is Veeqo owned by Amazon?

Yes. Veeqo was founded in the UK by an eCommerce seller in 2013 and acquired by Amazon in 2021. It is now part of Amazon and is available as a free shipping solution for multichannel sellers, with optional advanced inventory and listing features.

How will Amazon use my data?

Veeqo does not share your product or sales data with other Amazon business units. Your data is confidential and remains within Veeqo. Any information you share is used only to provide Veeqo's services.

What are Veeqo Credits?

Every time you buy a shipping label, you’ll earn up to 5% back in Veeqo Credits. Use them to save even more on future shipping costs.

How can I calculate my order volume?

Your order volume is the number of orders you import into Veeqo from your connected sales channels each month.

So, if you plan to connect your eBay and Shopify stores to Veeqo, your monthly order volume is the total number of orders you get across both stores each month.

Any FBA or MCF orders which are fulfilled by Amazon are excluded from your chargeable order volume. This means that unlimited FBA and MCF orders can be imported into Veeqo without increasing your subscription costs.

Can I use Veeqo if I don’t sell on Amazon?

Absolutely. Veeqo isn’t just for Amazon sellers! You can manage and ship orders from eBay, Shopify, Walmart, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop and more.

Are Veeqo’s discounted shipping rates competitive?

Yes, you’ll get instant access to the lowest commercially available rates, based on our pre-negotiated pricing from UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL and up to 5% back with Veeqo Credits.
